Join the mentoring programs at Richmond Hill – Armstrong Leadership Program and the Micah Initiative – for another great joint Zoom workshop for mentors on developing best practices. Come out to learn more, share your thoughts and have fun.

In this training your will learn how to properly have conversations concerning race, racism, and racial injustice with your mentee.

 Training objectives:

  • Describe the value of discussing race, racism, and racial injustice with mentees
  • Develop a plan to prepare for conversations about race with your mentee
  • Identify strategies for initiating conversations about race, racism, and racial injustice with mentees
